ARP - The world leader in fastener technology has just released two new Pro Series ARP 2000 M11
head stud kits for 1999 and earlier Volkswagen/Audi 1.8L DOHC 20V turbo (early AEB) applications.
Both kits feature an internal wrenching 12 point nut which ensures easy installation and removal.
Part No. 204-4101 includes a set of ten, M11 ARP2000 head studs and ten 8740 chrome moly steel internal wrenching 12 point nuts.
Part No. 204-4102 includes a set of ten, M11 ARP2000 head studs and ten 8740 chrome moly steel internal wrenching 12 point nuts with a 12 point installation tool.
All Pro Series ARP2000 studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 40% increase in tensile strength over the OEM Torque to Yield (TTY) bolts.
